Loved my therapist. She really helped me and used techniques and approaches that other therapists hadn't used. In a relatively short period of time I was ale to greatly increase joy and learn lots of tools to address any depressive symptoms before they get out of control. I have a toolbox of tools now and I have recommended my therapist to others! I feel like I have finally reprogrammed my mind to be kinder and more loving to myself!

Because I want a path forward that fits me
Do I need to know exactly what to ask for?
No. Share what’s been feeling hard and what you want to be different. We’ll help you choose a starting point.
How does getting started work?
You answer a few questions, then share your contact details. We’ll follow up with next-step options and help confirm the right path with your plan.
What if I'm not sure what kind of therapy I need?
That’s common. Based on your answers, we’ll suggest options like individual therapy, family therapy or parent support.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your needs and goals. Some folks come for a focused season of support, and some benefit from longer-term work. We will talk about pacing together.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. In-person therapy in our Fresno office is a strong fit for many folks; however, we also offer teletherapy, which can be easier to fit into a busy schedule.
What happens after I take the quiz?
You will share your contact info so we can send your quiz summary and talk through next steps. We will contact you within 24 hours during business days.
Because you can start with a question, not a commitment.
I agree to receive calls and texts about my inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Most people are able to book faster when they answer our call. The conversation only takes a few minutes and helps us match you with the right therapist.
